WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different item within 14 days of receiving your original order. Just attach a returns form and post it back to us. You can download/print a returns form here.
WHAT IF I HAVE MOVED, CHANGED OR ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
We cant be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order or if you have moved. Address Confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
